We would like to thank you for your order, our shipments are done by DPD and the prices we use can be found below.
Free shipping above €39 within the Netherlands
Above €49 to Germany and Belgium free shipping
below €39 the following rates apply:

Costs for incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect
We make every effort to deliver the package to the specified address. If the address is incorrect, the package is refused or is not picked up from a DPD collection location, an amount of € 6.50 must be paid at all times.
Delivery
We deliver as soon as possible! Orders placed before 16:00 are always shipped the same day. (*excluding weekends, holidays and promotion days). It also sometimes happens that DPD or the delivery person do not adhere to the delivery period or are extremely busy during special days.
As long as you have not received an email from us, the impediment will not come from us.
You will always receive a track & trace email from us, where you can track your package.
